PKR804 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and pkr804 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "pkr804") governing your use of the pkr804 website, mobile platform, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any other gaming or promotional content made available through pkr804.

If pkr804 determines at any point that a player was under 18 at the time of registration or at the time any bets were placed, the account will be closed immediately, all bets placed during the underage period will be voided, and any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible. Any winnings accumulated during this period will be forfeited entirely.

3. Account Registration

To use pkr804, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.

One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active pkr804 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different contact details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any associated bonuses being forfeited. In cases of suspected fraud, balances may also be withheld pending investigation.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. You must not share your account access with any third party. pkr804 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your credentials. 4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pkr804 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr804 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, and other approved mobile wallets. The available deposit methods and any applicable minimum or maximum deposit limits are displayed in your account's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. pkr804 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside pkr804's control.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to other individuals — including family members — is not permitted. pkr804 may request proof of payment ownership at any time. Where third-party payments are detected, the deposit may be reversed and the account reviewed.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once processed through the payment provider; contact support as quickly as possible if you believe a deposit was made in error.

5. Withdrawals

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have passed identity verification. Accounts that have not completed verification will have withdrawals held pending completion of the process.

• Withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant bonus being fully met.
• pkr804 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• Withdrawal requests under investigation for potential fraud or policy breaches may be delayed until the investigation is resolved.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pkr804 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as PSL fixtures or major cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to specific terms displayed at the time the offer is presented.

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. pkr804 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion, including from accounts that show patterns consistent with professional or syndicated betting activity.

8. Casino & Slot Games

The pkr804 live casino and slot games are provided through third-party game providers whose individual game rules apply in addition to these Terms. Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface itself.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for slot games, and by real physical outcomes for live casino tables streamed in real time. pkr804 does not influence or have the ability to manipulate individual game outcomes.

In the event of a technical failure — including disconnection during a live casino session or a slot spin — pkr804's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of any interrupted bet. 10. Account Security

Where an account is closed for other reasons and no breach is established, any verified remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your pkr804 account at any time by contacting the support team. Closing your account does not automatically cancel any pending bets; existing open bets will be settled normally unless you specifically request their cancellation and the circumstances permit it.
